How to be Fit and Healthy in our busy life?

    It has become very difficult to be Fit and Healthy in our busy life. To be healthy and to maintain our Fitness, we have to follow some regular exercises and a healthy diet routine. Early morning exercises helps us to boost our health, if we exercise daily it gives good quality of sleep which is very important in todays life, if we workout in the morning we feel fresh whole day, its a natural remedy to relieve stress and improves our concentration too.

    Diet always play an important role in making a lifestyle healthy. A balanced diet is very essential in todays time and especially when we perform regular morning exercises. Our energy also increases and we feel active and fresh. What to eat? When to eat? How to eat? are the three major questions on which we need to focus on:

    When we perform regular exercise it becomes necessary to focus on what we eat. We need to ignore oily, heavy and junk foods. Eat foods which are rich in proteins, vitamins, calcium, etc. Our diet should include more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating carbohydrates like sugar, starch, etc.

    When to eat?

    Eat 4-5 times a day. For example: If we had our breakfast now, after two-three hours have something again like nuts, etc. Follow this the whole day. Before eating drink a glass of water. In the whole day drink atleast 8 glasses of water or more.

    How to eat?

    While eating, proper chewing of food is very important. The food should be chewed a minimum of 32 times. Don’t drink water in between our meal, when the meal is over, then wait sometime and then drink water.

    At night, after having dinner take a walk, it helps in digesting our food. If we follow this routine it will help us in weight loss and keeping our weight constant. Healthy lifestyle protects us from many types of diseases like heart disease, diabetes and many more. Regular exercise and physical activity boost our immunity and helps in building strong muscles and bones.

    By following this we can live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
